As always, a great purchase... I finally
broke down and bought my 4th pair of Danskos...adding the
practical black to the trio of maroon, red, and brown I
already own. They are uber comfortable, as always...although
for some reason this pair fits a bit more snuggly than my
last pair and looks a bit more orthopedic...I wonder if they
have tweaked the design/manufacturing a bit. Either way,
still a great investment.
Blown Away - I read a number of reviews (10 out of 600
something!) before making my decision to buy the Cabrio. I
am suspicious of reviews in general (could be the
competition writing in). I tried a pair on in the store and
was initially a little nervous because they were so stiff.
Loved the look, so I bought them on Zappos anyway. They have
nearly replaced my athletic shoes that I have worn for work
for 30 of my professional years! They were immediately
comfortable - not in a molded squishy, softy way - but in a
"we are on solid ground, I've got you sort of way." It is an
understatement to say I love them. They are not for
everybody however. My Birkie wearing co-worker couldn't
stand them on his feet because of the slipping heel. star
for all season - At first I was reluctant because I just had
it for the fact that most of my co-nurses are wearing it,
but i was surprised that when I wore them I felt so comfy.
Since then I never stop wearing them.; also they are very
easy to clean! This shoe makes my day!!!! |
